Internship Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before accepting your internship offer

Important: By accepting your internship offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Internship Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Laravel ("Company") and the intern ("Intern"). These Terms govern the internship program and supersede any prior agreements.

1. Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 6 months) from an accredited educational institution
  • Must provide valid documentation verifying eligibility
  • Must complete all required onboarding forms prior to start date
  • International candidates must maintain valid visa status

2. Intern Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned projects and tasks professionally and on time
  • Maintain regular working hours as agreed with supervisor
  • Attend all required training sessions and meetings
  • Submit weekly progress reports
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

3. Confidentiality

  • Sign and comply with the Company's Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Protect all confidential information during and after internship
  • Return all confidential materials upon termination
  • Report any suspected breaches immediately

Note: Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely for trade secrets.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All work created during the internship is Company property
  • Intern assigns all rights to inventions and creations
  • Must disclose prior inventions in writing before start date
  • Assist with patent applications if required

5. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with two weeks' written notice
  • Company may terminate immediately for policy violations
  • Must return all Company property upon termination
  • Certain provisions survive termination (confidentiality, IP)

By accepting the internship offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
